Peer Connection Mentorship Program
MSAE knows the value and benefit of building great relationships so we created a new Peer Connection program
designed to do just that - help 'Link Members for the Future'.
 Peer Connection is a program designed for current MSAE members to reach out and connect with new members.
Connectors (veteran MSAE members) will show new members the value and benefits behind their investment in MSAE,
encourage participation and ultimately develop relationships. The relationship between a connector and new member will
enhance member satisfaction, retention, and contributions to MSAE.

Connectors are experienced and/or veteran members of MSAE who are knowledgeable of the benefits and value of MSAE. Connectors enjoy sharing this information with others. Connectors are the liaison between MSAE and the new member.
Key roles of a connector include:
- Welcome phone calls to new members.
- Introduce member at meetings and events.
- Act as an information resource for members.
- Provide quarterly communication with new member during their first year.
- Encourage learning and participation at MSAE events.
- Foster an open exchange of ideas, support and experiences.
- Serve as a Connector for a one year period.
- Provide feedback to MSAE on member needs.
Ideal Connectors
- Been a member of MSAE for at least 2 years.
- Outgoing and can make others feel comfortable and welcome.
- Enthusiastic toward MSAE and the benefits of membership.
- Eager to increase business contacts and work with members.

Connectees
Connectees are new members to MSAE who would like to be paired with an experienced/veteran MSAE member. Connectees may also be a members
who has not experienced all MSAE has to offer and would like someone to help guide them through MSAE's membership benefits.
